Print Your Prepaid Label
Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your package.
Prepare Your Package
Place your boots in their original packaging and ensure they are securely boxed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
